"If God is so good and so powerful, why does bad stuff happen?" or "What's wrong with the world"
Have you ever asked yourself either of those questions?
Colossians 1:19-21
"Hostile in mind" and "engaged in evil deeds"
Whats is wrong with the world?
you are created to live to bring glory and honor to the lord and instead you are hostile towards the one by whom & for whom you were created THAT is what"s wrong

If God is so good and powerful, how come bad stuff happens?
Here's how to ask that question properly
How on earth can a Holy & righteous God know what i thought & said? and Not kill me in my sleep last night?
Until you ask that question that way; you don't understand the issue
Until you ask that question that way ; you believe the problem is out there.
Until you ask that question that way; you believe that some how some individuals who in and of themselves deserve something other than the wrath of the almighty God
Until you ask that question that way
Until you flip the script and ask why are we here?
Why hasn't he consumed & devoured each and every one of us?
Why?
Why oh why does your judgement and wrath carry?
When you ask it that way you understand the issue
How would you ask that question?
The problem was i started with me
the problem is i judged God based upon how well he carries out my agenda
as a result i want a God who is omnipotent but not sovereign that way i can wield his power
But my God is both omnipotent & sovereign
I am at his mercy
What is wrong with this world? Me
why am i here? to bring glory and honor
how can what is wrong made right? only one way; he paid the penalty which you deserve and you are forgiven because he died the death of Christ
There is no other way
Colossians 1:22-23
Amazing post. This is an interesting twist to a question that hold many people back in their faith today.
